Location: the hotel was close enough to The garden-fresh as well as the main sites in Mariscal. The room was compact, tidy with feather pillows.

Well, the area was very busy overall.

My guest room was nicely decorated and neat. Hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were available there. The location was marvellous for me, fine in common areas. Thanks to a friendly service I had a nice stay.

Great views! the place is pretty clean. the staff here is amazing and the food they serve is quite unique! the rooms are really nice, complete with cable TV, storage space, and a small kitchen area. 🌟

Helpful staff

It seemed to me that for the price our room should have had a desk and chair or at least a chair. The track lighting in the room didn´t work. I thought the hotel was very nice but priced too high.

I've stayed at Hotel Cayman for several years during my visits to Quito. Always the staff has been courteous and helpful. The rooms, while small, are perfectly acceptable and comfortable and very clean. And it's a great bargain. I recommend it highly.

It total it was fairly all right...maybe they could put some tellies in the rooms at these rates, but it's not a deal breaker. The breakfast was nice

The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food and the hotel room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and private bathroom.

The location was fantastic. In the center of restaurant and nightlife district. This small hotel had a great security system, large clean room, and beautiful gardens with humming birds. The value for money was amazing.

Staff speak some english but it is broken so as long as you are patient this is not an issue.

Everything. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Ecuador. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating allowing us to hangout after check out before our late night bus trip to Lago Agrio. The hotel was great value for money. Clean, Recently refurbished and modern but retained Ecuadorian styles. The wifi was brilliant throughout the building and the hotel was situated in a perfect location for the Mariscal Sucre area. The hotel was safe and welcoming. If we ever return to Quito this is the hotel we will definitely choose to stay at again.

The breakfast was sufficient but would have been better if fresh fruit was offered as per many of the other hotels we stayed at.

We stayed the first and the last days of our stay in Ecuador. Hotel is located conveniently on a quiet street but very close to the restaurant/bar, shopping area where young people gather every week-ends. Staff are very efficient. Rooms are not so big but very clean.

This is a clean, cute hotel in a fantastic location at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I was really impressed with my recent stay at a hotel in an excellent and quiet neighborhood. The hotel, once a private mansion, offered very clean and comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable cost. I loved the large and inviting common rooms on the first floor, which were always kept very clean. The hotel also had a private enclosed garden, which was a nice bonus. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will come back for sure. I had a great experience at this hotel.
